Right Hand Thread
System Description:
Prestressed threaded bar (or PT bars) are high-strength, high-precision, straight-line steel bars with external threads on the entire steel bar. The steel bar can be screwed onto the connector with internal threads at any section or screwed with a threaded nut with internal threads for anchoring. The utility model has the advantages of simple connection and anchorage, strong adhesion, safe and reliable tension and anchorage and the like, and is a novel material for developing prestressed concrete components.
The continuous external thread is hot rolled. The shape of thread bar is shown as following figure. The main dimension ranges from ⌀15mm-⌀50mm and the grade ranges from 500/630Mpa to 1200/1330Mpa.
The screw thread steel bars:
Fully Threaded Bar - can be cut and coupled at any point.
Low Relaxation Steel - minimum relaxation during service life.
Prestressing Grade Steel - high strength offers weight savings and reduced working diameters.

Applications:
Our thread bar systems are used for connections, formwork and anchorages and have been installed in large-scale construction projects worldwide. Whether for building, underground, bridge or road construction, tunnelling or mining.
1. Pre-cast connections in buildings
2. Temporary and permanent bracing
3. Specialist engineering projects
4. Pre-stressed beams and columns
The thread bars used in the system are made from high-strength steel and are bonded to the surrounding concrete using a specialized grout. This creates a strong and durable connection between the thread bars and the concrete, which helps to distribute loads more efficiently and reduce the risk of cracking and other types of damage
