Grade930/1080 Thread Bar
Bridge construction technology took a giant leap forward with the introduction of the post-tension rod system, a pioneering move. This innovative construction method uses high-strength steel to strengthen bridge structures and is expected to improve the durability, efficiency and safety of infrastructure developments.
The continuous external thread is hot rolled. The shape of thread bar is shown as following figure. The main dimension ranges from ⌀15mm-⌀50mm and the grade ranges from 500/630Mpa to 1200/1330Mpa.
